Coquitos

Start to finish: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups white rum
  • 3-1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 14 ounces evaporated milk
  • 14 ounces creamed coconut (Goya or similar)
  • 3 Tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a blender and liquefy.

Chill, shake well with ice and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg on top.
